Our client is a home decor multi-channel seller. They currently use Zendesk for their customer service and support ticketing operations. Their goal was to improve customer service and were looking for a solution that will allow them to analyze the requests and create a number of statistical reports. They approached us to create a number of dashboards based on the data available in Zendesk. We developed a web-based solution that connects to Zendesk using their API and pulls the data and creates a number of statistical reports. This system helped them in analyzing the customer requests, and come up with various data points. It also helped them to improve their SLA and provide better customer experience.
