Our client is an auto insurance company that manages a network of over 1,000+ insurance payers. They were looking for an automated solution for their claims processing so that customers could upload documentation and images into a single user interface. We developed a web and mobile application that allowed the clients’ payers to electronically submit claims and supporting documentation which are stored and retrieved from Amazon AWS S3 storage. The front-end of the app was developed using React JS and React Native, while the API development was completed using .NET tech stack. The client processor has their own mobile app through which they can easily monitor all of the claim processes and browse through the uploaded documentation.
