Enterprise Sales Manager – Software & SaaS

Role Overview


We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager – Software & SaaS to acquire and manage high-value enterprise customers for Aroopa Apps. This role focuses on end-to-end enterprise sales, account expansion, and strategic relationship management.

You will act as a trusted advisor to large clients, aligning Aroopa Apps solutions with their business needs.


Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage enterprise accounts
  • Handle full sales cycle (prospecting → closure)
  • Build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Own enterprise revenue targets
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams for solutions
  • Manage customer success and escalations
  • Maintain pipeline forecasting and reporting


Requirements

  • 3–6 years in enterprise sales / key account management
  • Strong B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • CRM experience (HubSpot / Salesforce)
  • Ability to engage senior decision-makers
