Our client is a custom/personalized gifts vendor that sells products on its Shopify marketplace platforms. Previously, the company relied on employee intervention to create design proofs with Adobe Illustrator before a product was approved for printing. In order to expedite the company’s fulfillment cycle, Aroopa developed an illustrator scripting program that automates the design processes. Using Shopify API and MWS API, the orders are pulling and the program creates a design proof with the listed order specifications, which is then uploaded to the client’s portal. Through this portal, the customer can approve designs for production and create any suggestions. Our automated solution reduced processing times ten-fold so that our client could focus their attention on more labor-intensive aspects of their business.
