Position Overview:
As a Public Affairs Intern at Aroopa Inc, your primary role will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments, facilitate the job opportunities within these departments, and coordinate the placement of Aroopa’s talented workforce into these positions. You will be a key driver in bridging the gap between government agencies and Aroopa Inc’s skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish contacts within relevant Government departments and agencies.
  • Act as the liaison between Aroopa Inc and Government departments for job postings and workforce placement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates within Aroopa’s talent pool.
  • Promote Aroopa’s workforce capabilities and expertise to government partners.
  • Facilitate the posting of job opportunities on government job boards and platforms.
  • Track and report on the status of job postings and workforce placements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in [relevant field, e.g., Public Affairs, Business, Government Relations].
  • Strong interest in public affairs, government relations, and workforce development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with government contacts.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and communication tools.
