We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field, specifically focusing on recruitment and other HR activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. 


  • Assist with the entire recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. 
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have a smooth transition. 
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Assist with the organization and management of HR files and documents. 
  • Participate in planning and organizing HR events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs. 
  • Handle various HR administrative tasks and projects, providing support to the HR team as needed. This may include preparing reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and other clerical duties. 
  • Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information by adhering to company policies and privacy regulations. 


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Demonstrated interest in recruitment and HR activities, with a desire to learn and grow in the field. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members. 
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is preferred.
