Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive with a minimum one year of experience in IT Services or Web Development International sales.The candidate will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and maintaining business communication with clients. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively introducing our IT services and web development solutions while identifying their specific needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our IT services and web development offerings to proficiently communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Implement effective lead-generation techniques to build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Present and demonstrate our services or solutions to clients over the phone, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with the Vice-President to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and successfully close sales.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Utilize email communication to follow up with leads, offer additional information, and foster client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new developments in IT services or web development to effectively position our offerings.
  • Manage the proposal process for projects on various platforms while also possessing excellent verbal and written English skills to navigate the sales process from lead acquisition to negotiation and closure.

Professional Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales.
  • Minimum one year of experience in IT sales and Business Development with International clients
  • Should be flexible in working with US shift timing
  • Should have proven Upwork experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in outbound calling and lead generation techniques, coupled with experience using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
  • Ability to build a good rapport with client
  • Proficiency in email communication and using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
