We were hired to manage their marketplace presence and process all the customers orders. We helped them with

a. Dropshipping the orders that they receive from various channels.

b. Place orders with suppliers and followup for order updates

c. Respond to customer queries

d. Maintain the order reporting and returns reports

e. Update tracking numbers as they are received
